Thanks to the fact that a woman leads, the other woman, the one being led, trusts her completely, maybe for a moment, maybe longer, we don’t know; but in this gesture of trust can allow herself to look at the Sky, tilting her face upwards, without looking where she is going, because she knows that she is being well guided by the other woman along the rough terrain, and can allow herself to shine for a moment in the joy and ecstasy of complete abandonment to the blue of the Sky that completely fills her soul and lifts her up.

The other woman who leads holds her hand gently, she is not dragging her, she is accompanying her, carrying her with softness and respect, allowing her to open up to the Sky, and she herself keeps her face partly turned upwards, so as not to lose sight of the Sky, but at the same time she is projected forward with determination, guiding the race along the rough terrain, a terrain that is not simple, a terrain that presents obstacles.

The uncovered breasts show that there are no more masks, that there is complete naturalness and that one is in the most open simplicity of spontaneous being, of what one really is, in abandonment to Being.

This is the meaning of true Leadership: the leader is a person who has very clear ideas about what to do, is farsighted, she sees beyond, in fact she sees what could happen and not what happens, and is deeply creative; he sees the error not as a snag, but as a growth for everyone, and in this way he gives an example to others and is a guide for others. He is a non-competitive, non-dominant person, and has confidence in the entire team.

A leader is such when she knows how to dare with foresight and creativity, highlighting her determination with resilience, keeping everything in balance.
